Sports Camps

Offload Active Sports Camps are day camps for all children aged 6-14 years old. Camps provide our young athletes the chance to have action packed fun and explore their sporting potential in a fun, safe and simulatiing environment where staff work tirelessly to ensure all players have so much fun that they cannot wait come back. Our Multi-Skills camps provide a range of sports activities and place emphasis on the development of fundamnetal sports skills through a variety of fun sports tasks, activities and games. Specialist Sport Camps differ from this, they focus on a single sport and look to develop the techinical and tactical skills that athletes need to maximise performance in a specific sport.

Multi Skills Camps: 9am – 2pm

Specialist Sport Camps: 9am – 12pm

REGISTRATION 
Registration opens at 8:50am and closes at 9:05am

If for any reasons one group is short of numbers then we may combine groups to make a better experience for all players.

MULTI SKILLS CAMP PROGRAMME:

9:00am – Registration
9:00 – 10:30am: Warm up Games and Multi-Skill Activities
10:30 – 11:00am: Break
11:00 – 12:30pm: Adaptative & Conditioned Games supported by skill zones
12:30 – 13:00pm: Lunch
13:00 – 14:00pm: Games & Activities afternoon
14:00pm – Collection

SPECIALIST SPORT CAMP PROGRAMME:

9:00am – Registration
9:00 – 10:30am: Small-Sided & Adaptive Games supported by Skill Zones
10:30 – 10:45am: Break
10:45 – 12:00pm: Skill Carousel & Competitive Games
12:00pm – Collection

 What must Children bring?

We ask that the children bring the following items in a clearly named bag:

  • A healthy packed lunch and snacks.
  • A refillable water bottle (clearly named)
  • Their own personal hand sanitiser.
  • Comfortable and suitable footwear (boots and trainers if possible, but not essential)
  • Sun-cream and a hat (please apply sun-cream prior to attending camp)
  • A waterproof
  • Suitable clothing for the weather conditions
